Wet insulation holds the day’s heat after sunset and glows on thermal. We map the wet areas so you replace sections, not the whole roof.

Electrical hot spots

Panels, connections, and transformers that run hot fail eventually — usually at the worst time. A scan is cheaper than the outage.

Method

Done properly or not at all

Thermal is easy to do badly. Meaningful results need a radiometric camera, the right conditions — roof moisture scans fly after sunset following a warm day — and a pilot who understands emissivity and can tell an anomaly from a reflection.

Findings are reported with temperature data, not just pretty rainbow images.

Our aircraft also carries a floodlight, which solves the usual problem with after-dark scans: most operators come back a second day to shoot the visual reference imagery, because a thermal image alone doesn’t show a client where the wet area is. We light it and capture both on the same flight — one mobilization, one invoice.
